Exploring MOZA Hardware for Professional Training

Following discussions begun at FSWeekend, Sim-Mech is assessing selected MOZA controls and avionics products for possible professional training applications.

Our first detailed conversation with MOZA took place during FSWeekend 2026. The stand was busy throughout the event, so there was no time for a formal meeting photograph, but the discussion opened an interesting line of enquiry around force-feedback controls and integrated avionics hardware.

FlightPod currently supports established Honeycomb and Logitech products. MOZA’s force-feedback yokes and sticks could add another option for configurations where control loading and aircraft-specific feel are important.

Questions to evaluate

One important technical question is whether selected controls can be linked effectively for dual-pilot installations. Integration, reliability, software support and the experience at both pilot positions will all need to be tested before any product is adopted.

We are also interested in MOZA’s G1000-style avionics hardware as a potential option for future panel configurations. The aim is to test relevant products during the upcoming pilot project if schedules and hardware availability allow.

Evaluation before commitment

This is an early technical assessment, not a product announcement. Any future integration will depend on practical testing, customer requirements and dependable support for professional use.
